Payment Methods

Saigon Trans accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer.

• Cash on delivery (COD) (if applicable).

• Online payment gateways (if available).

Payment Process

• Customers receive an invoice or detailed quote after order confirmation.

• Payment must be made before or at the time of delivery, depending on the agreement.

• All transactions will be provided with a valid invoice or receipt.

Refund Policy

• Refunds apply in cases where services are not performed as agreed or goods are damaged/lost due to Saigon Trans’s fault.

• Customers must request a refund via email info@saigontrans.vn or hotline (028)22475588 - 0931 558 558 within 48 hours of identifying the issue.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
